Teddy Bear Town Breaks Guinness World Record For Largest Teddy Bear Collection [PHOTO]

Jackie Miley  never had a very good child hood, growing up under foster care in Minnesota. She never had a chance to have that quintessential childhood Teddy Bear. Well she's made up for that in a very big way. Jackie Miley is now the official Guinness World Record holder for largest teddy bear collection.
