I think it's obvious as a nation that we don't do enough to recognize our soldiers and the sacrifices they and their families make to keep America free.

Earlier this week, the Pentagon declared the end of the Iraq War, an almost nine-year conflict which claimed 4,487 American lives and removed Saddam Hussein from power. Now, Americans are are conflicted over whether the entire endeavor was worth it.

Saturday, you can help support our military. Don't miss this Care Package Drive for the Troops.   Items will be collected to go into care packages for Montana service men and women. Billings American Legion Posts 4, 119, and 123 are spearheading the drive with help from the VFW, DAV, Marine Corps League, Blue Star Mom, the Billings Breakfast Exchange Club, and local Boy Scout Troops.

With the actions in Libya and continued efforts in Afghanistan and Iraq, here's a great way to support our troops.  It comes from one of country music's biggest stars.
