Biden laid out what the White House called “the moral case” for voting rights in a speech in Philadelphia Tuesday afternoon.

My lower back hurts just thinking about standing in line for three hours. Come to think of it, my knees hurt too. And yet, the Montana Democrat Party is filing a lawsuit to keep the mess known as same day registration in place.

Across the board our callers want Montana's governor and the Montana legislature to enact similar measures moving forward in Florida, where Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) is working to block enforcement of any COVID passport requirements in the sunshine state.

There's the nearly $2 trillion COVID relief bill that doesn't even give most of the money to COVID relief, and bails out the bad decision making of blue states like California and New York. There's the Equality Act that would discriminate against women in the name of the transgender movement. There's defund the police. That's just some of the crazy bills being pushed by House Democrats this week.

Montana's Secretary of State Christi Jacobsen (R-MT) is backing an end to same day voter registration and other important election integrity measures being discussed before the Montana Legislature this session. She also supports a proposed voter ID bill by State Sen. Mike Cuffe (R-Eureka).

I remember voting in my first election. It was pretty easy.

If you haven't turned in your absentee ballot yet, here's what I would do: hand deliver, don't risk it.

While sending in my mail-in ballot, I noticed a message on the front to the post office that says "Official ballot. Do Not Delay." It made me wonder why we need that; is there mail that they do delay? If so, why? If two pieces require one stamp why does one get better delivery than the other...
