What Temperature Do You Call Warm?

I caught myself telling someone "it's supposed to be pretty warm this week" when in fact, we'll be hovering around 30° most days.  Of course, when you've just gone through the cold spell that we just finished, 30° feels pretty great.

So what temperature do we have to hit before you feel like we're getting a break from winter?  For me, it's short sleeves and jackets by 40°, and shorts by 50°...but I'm one of those "always hot" kind of people.  In fact, now that everyone is gone, I have the A/C on in the studios.
