Why Not Use the Skypoint for Blues Fest?

The Blues Fest is this weekend and they'll be closing Montana Ave for three days. Hey, I got a question. Why don't we have that event under Skypoint? You know that $700,000 canopy we built downtown to hold outdoor events. It makes perfect sense for business, traffic, and atmosphere. Not to mention all the great shade. We built it, so use it.
