A Mother’s Day In Heaven

It's a Mother's weekend and I for one have the utmost respect and gratitude for anyone who is a mother. It is one of the most difficult jobs there is.

This will be the second year I wish my mom a happy Mother's Day with a prayer. My mother passed away on February 2nd of 2017 after fighting a hard battle of dementia. The picture above is the last picture I was ever able to take with her.

Even though it was incredibly sad, it was a blessing for her to say goodbye and be with my father again.

Happy Mother's Day Mom. You are loved and missed. I appreciate you putting up with me all those years. I know it was easy and I am so thankful that the good Lord gave me you.

I also have to say a Happy Mother's Day to my wife who has been the best mom to our kids. I know it's a hard job and you handle it like a true pro.

I love you all so very much.

With that said, I truly hope that all moms have a great Mother's Day weekend. Without you, none of us would be here. Thank you.
