A New Record

Yesterday, Billings set a new record for moisture with 1.2 inches. That puts us 3 inches above normal moisture for the year.  What a great start for us all.  You know what they say, April showers bring May flowers and May flowers bring pilgrims.  Ha-ha, smiley face emoji, Tom and Jerry laughing etc...
