All Things Margaritaville

With this miserable weather outside my mind needs to wander to a warmer place. Like, Margaritaville.

Actually, I got a request for the song this morning and that's what got this train rolling.

First of all, did you know that it wasn't even a number one song? It went as high as #8 in 1977. And it wasn't as big "culturally" as it is now.

I've bought t-shirts and caps at a couple of Margaritavilles in the Bahamas, Cancun and Jamaica. But as I was researching this morning, I ran across Margaritaville RESORTS! There are a lot of them. For me, the Margaritaville Resort Belize has instantly become a "bucket list" item. And if you're like my friend Lisa Lovell, you've seen him in concert 23 times.
