Downtown Billings is getting a big bow WOW from dog owners. Fido now has his very own place to do "business" near the corner of North 29th Street and 2nd Avenue North.

In a Downtown Billings Facebook post, a project to make the area more dog-friendly has begun with the completion of a "dog spot." Located near ToadNWillow on North 29th Street, synthetic turf-like grass surrounds a fire hydrant that's been cleverly painted to look like a firehouse Dalmatian.

A second dog spot is coming soon to Broadway and N. 29th Street that will include doogy-doo collection bags, according to the Billings Gazette.
