Get ready to step up to the plate as Rimrock Mall's very own D-Bat is making a triumphant comeback after a nearly two-year hiatus. Perhaps you recall when the shop was destroyed by a freak accident on November 1, 2021. At the time, owners Elly and Brandon Wood shared with us that their main concern was the health and well-being of the 63-year-old individual that experienced a medical emergency, causing his vehicle to plow thru the establishment. Of course, we were smack dab in the middle of COVID then, which likely delayed the popular batting cage/training facility's ability to reopen quickly.

The grand reopening celebration comes with its own set of perks.

Expect giveaways, exclusive pricing specials, and an atmosphere that'll knock it out of the park. In the press release, Wood thanked the Billings community,

We are so fortunate to have had so many amazing people in the Billings community rally around us following the accident at our facility. We are ready to reopen our doors and give back to those who have supported us and encouraged us along the way. We want to be a place for not only the baseball and softball community but the community. We look forward to providing a safe and fun place for families and kids of all ages to enjoy.

Welcome back, D-Bat!
