If you're looking for a hotel room in Bozeman for the Cat-Griz game this weekend, it looks like you may still be in luck. Plus, can we stop calling it "the Brawl of the Wild?" It's a football game...not some organic, fair trade coffee brand.

With the Cat-Griz game already coming up this weekend in Bozeman, Montana some of you may be wondering if there are any hotel rooms available in Bozeman. Housing has become an issue even during the off-season, let alone during the biggest game of the year in Bozeman.

If you're looking to book a hotel room, it looks like you may be in luck. I just did a quick search via Hotels.com (not sure if that's the best tool to use when wanting to know if hotel rooms are available etc) and they're showing several options available- all the way from the Super 8 at $110/night to the Kimpton Armory Hotel downtown for $399/night. (Update: the Armory Hotel saw this post and tells us that they actually have rooms available still and prices start at $208, not $399!)

Good luck and travel safe to those of you headed to the game.

Now- on to my other rant. I couldn't resist sending out this tweet Tuesday morning when I was preparing for my radio show. Is anyone else annoyed every time they hear the Cat-Griz game referred to as "the Brawl of the Wild?" It is called the Cat-Griz game. It's not some organic, fair trade coffee brand. It's a football game. Why do people feel like they need to try and be so poetic about it?
