Lily or Weed? Mystery Plant Found in Concrete

I saw this yesterday growing out of a pile of cigarettes and trashy leaves by the concrete wall at the post office. Is this a lily or a weed, and how did it get there is another mystery. I can't believe this thing looks so healthy. Cover your tomatoes this weekend and we'll see you on Monday at 5.
