No Yields

What happened to all the yield signs on the exit ramps?  While traveling on I -90, I noticed that nowhere is a yield sign to be found.  They were used ever since the interstate system was introduced in the 50s.  Now, they're nowhere.

Do exit ramp cars and trucks now have the right away to a 80mph lane of oncoming traffic?  Why they changed it, I really don't know......
