It’s time to lace up those sneakers for the 33rd annual Heart and Sole Race! Participants will take to the starting line on Saturday June 16 at St. Vincent Healthcare in downtown Billings.



There’s a 10K, 5K and a 2 mile run, but you can walk too! The race will wrap up at Dehler Park followed by a family friendly healthy living festival. You can still register at the Mansfield Center at St. V’s and pick up your T-shirt there too! Your final chance to register will be at Alive After 5 on Thursday June 14 at the Billings Gazette.

Medals will be awared for the first 5 places, both male and female, in the 5K

and 10K based on age groups ranging from 8-80. RRCA 5K Western Regional Championship awards will be presented followed by overall awards to the top three in each race (male & female), Masters (40+), Grandmasters (50+) and Supermasters (60+).

Heart & Sole is the 5K State Championship. Everyone who enters the 5K is automatically in the Championship. No additional registration is required.
