The first fire engulfed two vehicles in the Billings Senior High School parking lot. An hour later, another vehicle was found ablaze near the HRDC building downtown.

The Billings Fire Department was able to contain the fire to a "portion of the residence where it began," and the report says the victim knows who deliberately set the fire.
