I can't imagine what it would be like to have a DMV that is actually... fast. The Billings DMV is trying to audition for the part of Flash in Zootopia.

Those kinds of things for kids should be free and it would encourage them to get involved in hobbies that would be more productive for them.

The Billings city council is currently reviewing their street policy which will include future accommodations for more bicycles. New laws need to be put in place then for those who share the roads. If you are operating anything with wheels on a public street or roadway, you should be required to have it licensed and insured...

After seeing a post on Facebook on the subject, I now am more knowledgeable when it comes to Montana license plates. It seems that someone with Idaho plates has been working in Billings for a couple of years and still has Idaho plates...
