A solution to the problem every dad or fisherman has during the summer... where do I put my drinks?

The Billings Parks and Recreation Department is seeking public opinion on the building of a new Multi-Generational Community Recreation Center tonight at the Billings Public Library.

Imagine sitting in a sunny, bright, indoor pool room when it's -20 outside this winter.

As a kid I always wanted to live in a house with my own pool. I did live in a few apartment complexes with a pool but it's still not the same as having one in the privacy of your own backyard. Billings can get pretty hot in the summer and I know a lot of people who wish they had their own private oasis...

Hurling your child several feet through the air—legally—and sending him crashing into the water is a high point in life for any dad.
