Shower Before Entering the Pool

Does it scare any of you out there that health officials are telling people to shower BEFORE you get into the swimming pool? This makes you wonder what the hell these people have; before they get in the water. Even with chlorine in it, you are about to become related to some gross pig who has no hygiene etiquette;SICK! Pick your pools wisely, and don't open your mouth under water.
