Travis Tritt's country music career got started about 30 years ago, when he signed to Warner Bros. Records in the late 1980s. Although his debut album, Country Club, didn't arrive until early 1990, the singer is considered part of the genre's legendary "Class of '89": the group of influential artists, including Garth Brooks, who all got their start as one decade was rolling into the next.

Since then, Tritt has released 12 studio albums, seven of which have been certified platinum or higher. Tritt has charted 40 singles, and earned five No. 1 hits. He's also racked up numerous accolades, including the title of Billboard's Top New Male Artist in 1990, and multiple Grammy Awards and Country Music Association Awards.
