Like most people, I wish I was a little more fit that I currently am. I tighter stomach region would feel just great to me and build more confidence in my self esteem.

The problem is that I completely lack any ambition to take this project on. I am not a runner because I feel like I run enough at work. That is probably why my gut started to grown in the first place.

I read something this morning saying that pineapple helps to lose weight and can even help with toning the stomach area.

I am not sure how true this is but I want to try it.
