Who Would Steal a Wheelchair?

We got a call this morning from someone looking for a stolen bright pink wheelchair. What kind of low-life scum would do that? I'm guessing a druggie looking for some pawn money. I don't know how many points off that is when you die but I'm sure that's a big one. It should be easy to find though. Have a great weekend and see you Monday at 5 a.m.
