Billings Police Chief Talks About ‘Hoax Device’ at TV Station
The bomb squad was called to a Billings TV station after a man speaking gibberish left a strange plastic device behind. Once police first arrived on the scene at KTVQ-TV (Q2), they worried that the plastic container could contain an Improvised Explosive Device.
