Harvest Time At My House

No, I am not a farmer. Not even close to being one but it sure feels good when you can harvest something and provide something good to eat for family and friends.

That's what happened at our new house this weekend.

We have 5 apple trees in my yard in Huntley and they are ripe for pickin'. Say hello to apple pies, caramel apples, regular apples and anything else apple wise we can think of.

My buddy Ken happened to be there with his son and between all of us we got just about every good apple we could find. The good news is there are still a bunch more that are yet to come.
