
Red Lodge Renaissance Faire Set for August 1 and 2
The Red Lodge Renaissance Faire debuts with a weekend filled with live entertainment, food, shopping, and family-friendly activities. The event will be held August 1 and 2 at the Red Lodge Rodeo Grounds.
Explore a Medieval Kingdom
Visitors can explore several themed areas throughout the festival, including Pirate’s Cove, a Viking encampment, the Faerie Queen’s Throne, the Fantasy Dragon’s Den, and the Curious Realm of Lore.
The faire will also feature theatrical performances, roaming entertainers, live music, and demonstrations throughout the weekend.
Shop Artisan Goods & Feast Like Royalty
Dozens of merchants will be selling handcrafted treasures, artwork and other unique items. Visitors can also enjoy a variety of food and drinks, including the festival’s popular turkey legs.
Local beverages will be available from Sam’s Tap Room and Bearded Viking Mead Company, along with nonalcoholic craft drinks.
Live Music and Entertainment
The entertainment lineup includes music from Nordic Daughter, Tramps & Hawkers, Countersong and Baldrick the Bard.
Guests can also see performances from Cuatro the Great, Joshua the ventriloquist, Fingal Bonzi and the Red Lodge Roman Theater Company. Additional action in the field will include performances from the Kingdom of Artemisia, Dark Art Collective, 22 Crows Company and Pirate King Captain Scurvy.
Hours, Location and Parking
The Red Lodge Renaissance Faire will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

The event will be held at the Red Lodge Rodeo Grounds, 101 Rodeo Drive, in Red Lodge. Parking is free, and the festival will take place rain or shine. Pets are not allowed.
