On January 1, Oregon became the first state to legalize the adult use of psilocybin or "magic" mushrooms. The state will have licensed guides known as "Oregon-licensed Psilocybin Service Facilitators" that are trained to lead people on their psychedelic trip.

Last November, Colorado voters approved a ballot measure legalizing the use of psilocybin as well. Several other states are considering similar measures, but is Montana one of them?

Should Montana Legalize "Magic" Mushrooms?
