Just sixty tickets are available each year, and as of this morning, only ten remain for the 3rd annual Beef, Bourbon & Cigars event, September 8th at the historic Billings Depot. Beef, Bourbon & Cigars sold out the last two years, and it will certainly sell out again in 2023.

The limited-seating party is a collaboration with Stacked's Chef Stephen Hindman, Summit Cigar Lounge, the Montana Beef Council, mixologists at the Rainbow Bar, and The Depot.

The evening begins at 6 p.m. with an appetizer and cigar at the Summit Cigar Lounge.

If you're not a member of the private club, you've probably never been to Billings only cigar lounge. The photo above is a stock image, but - no joke - it looks like it could have been taken at the Summit Cigar Lounge. It's across the street from the Depot, downstairs.

Guests of the lounge, including myself, usually comment on the speak-easy feeling you get as you walk down the steps and through the doors, into the darkly paneled lounge with plush leather seating. Don't worry about the smoke. Their air circulation system is extremely efficient.

The dinner continues on The Depot patio.

After an amuse-bouche of spicy, sweet bourbon glazed beef tips at the cigar lounge, guests will then venture to the back patio at The Depot to enjoy the remaining four courses, all featuring beef, paired with a unique bourbon drink. Another cigar and perhaps an Old Fashioned wrap up the dining experience.

Tickets are $150 per person, with a five-course meal, bourbon pairings, and two cigars from Blanco Cigars. Get tickets HERE. The Billings Depot is a 501(c)3 nonprofit special events venue "that remains financially sustainable through three core revenue streams: facility rentals, private and corporate donations, and rental fees from building leases on the Depot property."
