Late Is Late

It amazes me how often people are late, especially for work.  If it’s only once in a while I get that, but over and over again is not excusable.  If these people were leaving on a plane for vacation they would be prompt.

Do you think these people would get mad if their paycheck was late?  Look how mad people get if their food takes longer than expected at a restaurant.  But being late for work, that’s ok.

I’m guessing these people are late for a lot of things, not just work; doctors’ appointments, games, dinner dates etc.  Don’t forget other people have lives too and are relying on you.  Chronic lateness is laziness in my book.
