Prime Rib

Who has the best? So many places offer prime rib but do a mediocre job on it. . . in other words it's not their specialty.

To me, prime rib should be at least an inch or more thick, pink, juicy and hot. It shouldn't be thin, bland, and cold.

So, who has the best prime rib in town?
