July 4th

If you only come out to Laurel once a year, you'll notice quite a few changes around town since 4th of July last year. Here's what you need to know.

Gas could be six dollars a gallon and people would finance it if they had to for the party. No matter where I go my trips are always over 50 miles away so it makes no difference to me.

The Rims are off-limits again for July 4 through July 5th morning. Pioneer Park and North Park are kept open.

Crank it up.

Hope all of you have a safe and happy 4th. The roads will be busy so stay awake and alert. Don't forget the Rims are closed and it's a good thing too, it's so muddy up there someone could slip and fall or get stuck in their camper. See ya Thursday...

It promises to be a busy Fourth of July weekend that is packed with activities and events in and around Billings.

Chris rock strikes again!  I guess the actor/comedian struck again on the 4th of July with this tweet that sent a lot of people over the top; Happy white peoples Independence Day the slaves weren't free but I'm sure they enjoyed the fireworks...

83 years of the Home of Champions Rodeo in Red Lodge ended on July 4th after 3 straight nights of performances and 3 parades.  It will be back next year with all of the events including Cat Country's Muttin' Bustin' ! Check this picture out...
