The First One

Severe storms could be on their way today with large hail, gusty winds, possible tornadoes, flash flooding, and heavy downpours.  Warnings are in place from  Billings to Minneapolis.  If  Donald Trump would change his mind today on the Paris climate treaty he could stop all of this right?
