The Montana Department of Fish Wildlife and Parks has closed all activity on the Yellowstone River and its tributaries because of a parasite that is killing fish by Livingston.  How can they do that?  No law was passed, we didn’t vote on it, the legislature is not in session, where did this power come from?

Fish kills have been happening for millions of years and keeping a tube off the river won’t stop it.  The parasite is already in the water.  It can flow anywhere.  Ducks and other animals could carry it.  You can’t stop Mother Nature from doing things that have been going on since before we were here.

I feel sorry for all the families out there that rely on that water for their living.  You instigators better watch it, I'll bet they have their sights set on you next.....
