Where Can the Best Chili and Chili Dog be Found in Billings?

Going back to my roots in Cincinnati, we were spoiled with the availability of good chili and chili dogs.

I was wondering who in Billings has the best. You don't see any signs or hear any advertisements promoting chili.

Maybe its just the area . I know people really enjoy a good steak or burger but how about a great chili dog?
