1,000 Flag Memorial for 9/11

The Exchange Clubs of Billings brings you a 1,000 Flag display honoring American’s service men & women in remembrance of the 10th Anniversary of 9/11.  Flags will be located at MSU-B College of Technology on the corner of Shiloh & Central from September 8-12.
