There's lots of benefits to being from a small town.
You know everyone, everyone knows you. People seem to be a little more trusting. Just my opinion, onlyinyourstate had 10 super tiny towns in Montana.

Emigrant
Population 372, Emigrant. It's only a few miles from Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness and Gallatin National Forest.

Fort Peck
Not as big as Emigrant, Fort Peck has a population of 244 people. More fish than people. Fort Peck Lake Reservoir is Montana's largest body of water and home to more than 50 kinds of fish.

Sunburst
Sunburst was named after the sun bursting over the hills of Sweet Grass Butte. You'll find this friendly little town near the Canadian border, population 366.

Rollins
You will find some of the some expensive real estate in the state in Rollins. Population 209, it has become a popular place and as a result home values are more than twice the state average.

Trout Creek
If you really want to get away from it all, there's Trout Creek, population 242. Trout Creek is the Huckleberry capitol of Montana.
