Be Careful at Easter Brunch [Opinion]
Lots of people each year enjoy Easter Sunday brunch. Be careful.
Most of the illnesses that people have are foodborne illnesses. Remember the temperature rules. If foods are supposed to be cold, then they should be cold to your 98-degree tongue.
If foods are supposed to be hot, then they should feel hot in your mouth.
Ask yourself this: How many of the people that have touched that serving spoon have used hand sanitizer? And, if someone is gone from an adjacent table for a period of time, then all of a sudden has more room to reload his plate, avoid going back through the line.
Happy Easter.
