Some of us didn't hit the genetic lottery when it comes to being naturally beautiful, but most everybody could stand to do a few things to improve their overall heath and appearance.

One of the things keeping me from being beautiful is my lack of sleep (the other thing is mainly my genes).  I can't do anything about genetics, but I did learn today that there is a weirdly specific bedtime that according to scientists can help people look better.  The study says that if you go to sleep at 9:45p.m. and wake up at 6:55 a.m. you will have much healthier looking skin and bright, clear eyes.

I'm not sure how this time applies to every human in every time zone, but that's what the high-paid people in white coats say.  Given the fact that I can never sleep more than six hours and don't usually fall asleep before midnight, I'm going to have to give up on the dream of being beautiful and embrace my sleep deprived, binge watching lifestyle.
