After weighing the comments from the milk vs. beer blog, I've decided that Mark can make his own decision on not drinking milk. Actually, I think he knows which one is better for you and which one will add more calories. And which one gives you far more nutrients and calcium for aging bones. Not to mention Vitamin D, fiber and protein plus Niacin which helps the body with its metabolism of sugars and fatty acids. I'll just keep this all to myself.
