Keith Urban Sells Home For $2.75 Million

After two years on the market, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman have sold their Franklin, TN home for $2.75 million (U.S dollars) as reported by News Corp Australia Network.  The 5000 square foot, four-bedroom home was purchased by the couple 11 years ago for $2.45 million and features a three-car garage, gym, recreation rooms and 35 acres of land.

Variety reports that Keith and Nicole own several other properties in the U.S. including a 12,000 sq. ft. mansion in Nashville, a Manhattan condo and a home in Beverly Hills.
