The Breakfast Flakes Tell You Why You Should Vacation at Yellowstone National Park

If you missed it, Mark and I were talking on the show this morning about taking vacations and the topic got around to Yellowstone. If you are planning a trip this summer to our national treasure, that would be Yellowstone National Park, you won’t be alone!In fact you will be with about 3 million others looking to relax and play in our region.  The Park truly is an American treasure, one that we are lucky to live among as its right in our back yard. There are plenty of opportunities for families to explore and have time together and just unplug.

And here’s a fun fact, there are more people hurt by bison than by bears each year in Yellowstone! Who knew?

A cautious reminder though, Park regulations state that visitors must stay at least 25 yards away from bison or elk and 100 yards away from bears.
