Please, Slow Down for School Kids

I realize that me telling you that schools are opening back up will not make you slow down at all. It probably won't make you stop for school buses either. But those things are happening and it seems like there is always some type of incidents at the start of the school year as drivers adjust back to slowing down in school zones and stopping for buses.

So, I submit changing the penalty. If you're caught speeding in the school zones or run the lights of a school bus, you get pulled over and you get a summons. Said summons requires you to appear at the next school assembly and apologize to the kids.

It won't ever happen, but I wish people were more vigilant behind the wheel. Also, get off your phone.
