Snakes A-Plenty

I don’t know if you noticed, but there are a lot of buzz-worms moving about this year.  The drought may have something to do with it. Also, the nights are still cooling down so they seek warmth during those hours.

You have to watch your pets; they're more likely to run into one than you are.  Your vet now has a vaccine you can give your dog to help with the consequences of being bitten.  You'll need a booster every year, but it may be worth it if you live in snake country.
