I discovered on my phone that the health app records your steps in a day.  My average for the week is 8827.  I don't know if that's good or bad.

 

I don't have my phone on me all the time so it's not completely accurate either.  However it shows you how much you actually move over the course of the day and don't realize it. No wonder I'm tired by 9 pm every night. Have a great weekend.......
