Thrift Shop Find Of The Week

This is a classic 50's hairpin leg table with a porcelain top. It has drawers for storage and wings that lock underneath that you pull out and lock into place to make the table larger so it's great for any size space. This kind of item doesn't show up at thrift stores very often and when they do they get snapped up fast. It just so happens I wandered into the St. Vincent De Paul Thrift Store this morning on my break just when they brought this out onto the floor and I didn't hesitate. The kicker... it cost me just $55! Find the right vintage hairpin leg table and they can sell for thousands although tables like this price out typically in the $400-600 range. Score!
