Legislators in Helena are addressing equal pay. But isn't that discriminatory--how much somebody makes based on their sex?

From my perspective, pay should always be based on production. Let's say you have a man and a woman. Both are 37 years old. They have the exact same amount of experience and are equal in every single category. And they are both hired at your pie company.

She sells 327 pies the first week. He sells 210. Do you pay them the same?

I'll be interested to see people's comments.
