What Style of Hair Is Most Popular Right Now?

Last night while I was watching the baseball game, I couldn't help notice how many players have long hair. Is that in now? It seems things come and go and I wonder if women like long hair or short hair better on their guys. Maybe shaved heads are in now. When you get older, just to have some is a plus, but it seems to me it would really be hot and harder to care for. Maybe that's the style that's hot right now.
