The National Weather Service is predicting heavy rain, damaging winds and large hail for Billings through this weekend.

Afternoon storms on Thursday (6/27) will have the potential for up to baseball-sized hail and maximum winds of 80mph according to the Hazardous Weather Outlook.

The weather pattern will support a better chance of thunderstorms producing large hail, damaging wind and heavy rain through the weekend. If you have outdoor activities planned, please be ready to take action should severe storms approach.

Billings' weather forecast has at least a 20 percent chance of thunderstorms every day through Tuesday, July 2.
