President Obama,We Need New Gun Laws and Shared Medical Records
President Obama is calling for tougher gun laws in American to prevent mass shootings.
I would also like to see new gun laws. For one, we need to establish carry zones in communities so citizens can respond in an emergency.
Second, we need to share medical records with law enforcement agencies.

It's important to know who is on antidepressants or anti-suicidal drugs, who is schizophrenic, etc, so we could at the least prevent any new guns in their arsenal.
Other than that, no new laws will prevent criminals or terrorists from getting them.
