I scream, you scream we all scream for delicious Dairy Queen Ice cream!  Today you can buy a cool treat and help out the kids in the Shodair Children's Hospital, a part of the Children’s Miracle Network.

Today is Miracle Treat Day at some Dairy Queens across Montana. A portion of the proceeds from each blizzard sold will go Shodair Children's Hospital in Helena. The bar is set high, last year more than $25,000 was raised for the hospital. Think we can beat that this year? We hope so, after all it’s for a good cause and…hello it’s ice cream, delicious Dairy Queen ice cream.

The Dairy Queens in our area that are participating include: the one on Forsyth, in Lockwood, the Dairy Queen on Henesta and the store located at 1045 Grand Avenue.

Today, DQ is doubling the opportunity to donate to the Children’s Miracle Network! When you purchase a blizzard one dollar will be donated to the cause. And for every Facebook RSVP to Miracle Treat Day, DQ will throw in another $1 donation to the cause—they say they will go up to $50,000 for RSVP’s from Facebook.

Ice cream and helping kids, what could be better!
