It is Starting to Feel Like Spring in Billings

It's no secret. I am a fair weather guy and the fair weather sure has felt nice lately. Our neighbors near and far have been hit pretty hard with winter, but it seems we here in Billings have come out well this year.

In fact, they are saying that we will be in the lower to mid 60's by mid week and the weekend.

I don't know about you, but sunshine and warmer temps bring a huge smile to my face.

My wife on the other hand wishes we would get more snow. She says she is worried about fires this summer with the lack of snow.

I can see where she is coming from. Even though we have received snow and rain this winter, but without a substantial amount, things can and will burn. Even though it doesn't seem to me like we have encountered a huge amount of snow, the National Weather Service says Billings has actually done better this year than in years past for moisture content.

Regardless, I will be a little selfish and say that I am excited weather wise for this week. Looks like it is going to be a nice one to get outside and enjoy.

I for one will probably be throwing on a T-shirt and cruising the town with my windows down.
