My New Favorite Super Bowl Drink, Homemade Apple Pie.
So, on Super Bowl Sunday I learned a fantastic new drink(for those 21 years and older) It's now going to be a yearly tradition for me too! Or bi-yearly, or maybe quarterly. I could do every other month really.
Have you ever had homemade apple pie cocktail? Made the way that Grandma should have made it? Well if not. It's a must have(once again, for those 21 year old and older). Here's how I was told to make this. Remember, I have never made this, so if you do and there are problems, it's not my fault.
Ingredients for Homemade Apple Pie:
- 1 Gallon of Apple Cider
- 1 Gallon of Apple Juice
- 1/5th of Everclear
- Cinnamon sticks
- Green Apples (as many or little as you like)
Mix all ingredients together in a big cooking pot. Bring to where it just begins to boil. Take off heat and let cool. Strain out cinnamon sticks and apples. Place in container and chill.
It seems easy enough. I'm going to try making it though and then I'll let you know how really easy it is. Once again. This is for only those who are 21 year of age or older. Any questions, comments or maybe perhaps tips on how to make this? Comment below and let me know!
